Produced with organic bitter oranges, which are harvested by hand, in the Etna area, in Sicily.

Taste: slightly bitter and deliciously sour.

Pairings and suggestions: excellent combined with coffee-based desserts, yogurt and smoothies. It goes well with mortadella, fresh goat cheese and taleggio cheese
