The secret of the Lemon Cake is a soft sponge cake placed on a crumbly shortcrust pastry base. A delicious combination that contains a delicate heart of lemon cream created following our special recipe.
The ingredients
WITH:
Lemon cream 37% (sugar, egg yolk, fresh pasteurized milk, vegetable oils (sunflower, olive, rapeseed, soy), starch, skimmed milk powder, glucose-fructose syrup, flavourings, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, concentrated lemon juice 0.1%, gelling agent: pectin, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), wheat flour, sugar, butter, fresh eggs, vegetable oils (sunflower, olive, rapeseed, soy), yolk egg, potato starch, fresh pasteurized milk, flavourings, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, starch, modified starch, glucose-fructose syrup.
May contain traces of: other nuts, sesame and soy.
