Puff pastry brioche with chocolate chips
Nastrine al Cioccolato are delicious puff pastry brioche with chocolate drops, but not only: they are made with sourdough and have a fresh pear flavour.
The ingredients
WITH:
Wheat flour 35.1%, vegetable margarine (cocoa butter, sunflower oil, coconut oil, water), sugar, water, mother yeast (wheat), pears 6.7%, chocolate 6.6% (cocoa paste , sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), fresh eggs, glucose-fructose syrup, cocoa, butter, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, yeast, egg yolk, flavourings, sunflower oil, salt , starch, vegetable fibers, acidity regulator: citric acid.
May contain traces of: nuts.

WITHOUT:
Palm oil, color additives, preservative additives, hydrogenated fats.
