Shortbread biscuits with lentil flour and almonds
There is a new taste for breakfast: Lentille, the first Mulino Bianco shortbread with all the goodness of almonds and a special ingredient, legume flour.
Lentillas are prepared with red lentil flour, whose delicate aroma meets all the crunchiness of almonds for a biscuit rich in fiber and with an intense flavour.
The ingredients
WITH:
Wheat flour, sugar, lentil flour 14.5%, oat flakes, sunflower oil, almonds 4.8%, butter, potato starch, fresh eggs, raising agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, flavourings.
May contain traces of other nuts and soy.
The highlighted ingredients may experience reactions in allergic or intolerant personnel.
