Naturally leavened snack with chocolate cream

Mulino Bianco Flutes are born from the encounter of a soft naturally leavened dough with a delicious chocolate cream. The sourdough gives the dough a unique and unmistakable flavor, and makes it soft and good thanks to the slow leavening.

The ingredients

Chocolate cream 39.6% [water, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, sugar, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, low-fat cocoa, vegetable fibre: inulin, chocolate 1.4% (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: lecithin soy), hazelnuts, starch, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids], wheat flour, water, yoghurt (milk), sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, olive, rapeseed, soy), egg yolk 4,2 %, mother yeast 2% (wheat), flavorings (milk), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, butter, yeast, wheat gluten, salt.
May contain traces of: other nuts and sesame.
