Cuor di Mela are chests of fragrant shortcrust pastry filled with 100% Italian apple jam enriched with diced apples harvested exclusively in Emilia Romagna.

The ingredients

WITH:
Wheat flour, apple jam 23.7% (apple puree 18.4%, glucose-fructose syrup, dextrose, apple juice 3%, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid), sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, corn, rapeseed, soy), glucose syrup, apple 3.3%, butter, fresh eggs, skimmed milk powder, fructose-glucose syrup, modified starch, wheat fibre, raising agents (acid carbonate acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, monopotassium tartrate), apple cider vinegar, salt, flavourings, cinnamon.
May contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and soy.
