Puff pastry brioche with whole wheat flour

The Wholemeal Cornetti are prepared with a real soft and delicate pastry as only Mulino Bianco can do, prepared with wholemeal flour.

The ingredients

WITH:
Whole wheat flour 36.8%, vegetable margarine (cocoa butter, vegetable oils, coconut oil, water), fresh eggs 14.5%*, sugar, mother yeast 10.6%* (wheat), water, yeast , wheat gluten, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, butter, vegetable oils (sunflower, corn, rapeseed, soy), flavourings, honey, salt, egg yolk 0.2%, barley malt extract.

May contain traces of: nuts, sesame and soy. Store in a cool, dry place.

WITHOUT:
Palm oil, color additives, preservative additives, hydrogenated fats, GMO ingredients
