The Apricot Croissants are made with a real soft and delicate pastry, which hides a sweet and creamy filling of apricot jam.
The ingredients
WITH:
Wheat flour, apricot jam 24.6% (sugar, apricot purée 8.6%, glucose-fructose syrup, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid), fresh eggs 13%, vegetable margarine (butter cocoa, sunflower oil, coconut oil, water), mother yeast 9.2% (wheat), sugar, water, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, yeast, butter, flavorings (milk), vegetable oils ( sunflower, corn, rapeseed, soy), salt, egg yolk 0.2%.
May contain traces of: nuts, sesame and soy.
