DESCRIPTION
Il cacioricotta is the typical Lucanian cheese obtained from goat’s milk thanks to a particular production process thanks to which, during processing, only the rennet is collected but also the ricotta flakes which are properly brought to the surface. The result is a product with a decisive taste and with a very compact and consistent texture, even if aged for a few months. It is mainly used grated with a sauce for pasta dishes.
CONSERVATION
Store between + 2 ° C and + 8 ° C. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 15/20 days.
