A sweet blend of bitter oranges, lemons, mandarins and bergamot. Cultivated and harvested from the first half of November until the end of May. Our Fiordifrutta is enriched with ginger, a spice with precious properties.
Taste: the sour aromas typical of Mediterranean citrus fruits combine with the intense taste of ginger.
Pairings and suggestions: often used on Gorgonzola, this Fiordifrutta flavor is excellent on toasted black bread.
