Cocoa cake with apricot filling is dedicated to those who love chocolate, a soft sponge cake made with a mixture of cocoa and almonds, enriched by the refined combination of a delicate apricot filling.

The ingredients

Sugar, fresh eggs, wheat flour, apricot filling 15% (sugar, apricot purée 5.2%, glucose-fructose syrup, modified starch, acidity regulator: citric acid), butter, cocoa 4.8%, chocolate 4.7% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, low-fat cocoa, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavouring), vegetable oils (sunflower, olive, rapeseed, soy), almonds, barley malt jelly (syrup of glucose-fructose, sugar, barley malt extract, thickener: carob seed flour, gelling agent: pectin, lemon juice), flavourings, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt.
