Trancini are made with simple sponge cake, filled with a delicate low-fat cocoa cream.
The ingredients
WITH:
Sugar, wheat flour 25.5%, fresh eggs, water, glucose-fructose syrup, cocoa butter, pasteurized fresh milk, glucose syrup, low-fat cocoa 2%, vegetable oils (sunflower, olive, rapeseed, soy), skimmed milk powder, flavourings, vegetable fibre: inulin, raising agents (ammonium carbonate, disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, emulsifier: lecithin soy), potato starch, salt.
May contain traces of nuts.
