Brioche prepared with whole wheat flour and yoghurt
The Integral PlumCake with the taste and genuineness of wholemeal flour enriches the goodness of the classic Mulino Bianco PlumCake and maintains its softness, thanks to the yogurt made only with 100% Italian milk, carefully selected and controlled to guarantee the best quality.
The ingredients
WITH:
Wholemeal wheat flour 31.1%, sugar, fresh eggs 23.1%, vegetable oils (sunflower, corn, rapeseed, soy), apricot yoghurt 6.3% [yogurt (milk), sugar, apricot puree, flavouring], soluble fiber: oligofructose, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate), flavourings, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt.
May contain traces of: nuts, sesame and soy.
The highlighted ingredients can cause reactions in allergic or intolerant people.
The yoghurt which loses its live lactic ferments during cooking makes the PlumCake very soft.
WITHOUT:
Palm oil, color additives, preservative additives, hydrogenated fats, GMO ingredients.
