Delicate shortcrust pastry, made with fresh eggs from free-range hens and fresh cream butter, embellished with a sprinkling of fine icing sugar.

Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, corn, rapeseed, soy), butter 10%, wheat starch, icing sugar 4.2%, fresh eggs 3.8%, egg yolk 2.4%, raising agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, monopotassium tartrate), flavourings, salt.
May contain traces of: peanuts, nuts, sesame and soy.
